Proxy Voting and Questions
Should a member be unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, the member is entitled to vote by proxy or, appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting. Your proxy does not have to be a member of the Credit Union. A Proxy Appointment Form and/or Questions from Members Form is available from the Secretary. Please email executive.assistant@capricornian.com.au to obtain copies of these forms, alternatively these are available in branches.
