Shauna joined The Capricornian in 2017 as a Member Relationship Officer in our Yeppoon Branch and has since become a Home Finance Manager. While working at The Capricornian Shauna has completed her Certificate IV in Credit Management and Finance & Mortgage Broking. Shauna has lived in Yeppoon since 2011 and enjoys working within a community financial institution.

Experience
Seona started with The Capricornian in July 2016 as Branch Supervisor in Yeppoon. She then moved to our East Street Branch as Branch Supervisor in 2017. Seona then moved over to the Stockland branch as Branch Supervisor at the end of 2018. Then started over as a Contact Centre Lender from April 2020 until February 2022. Shortly after, Seona started her role as Home Finance Officer until applying for the Home Finance Manager position in August 2023.
Seona has 26 years experience within the finance industry and has only worked for Member Owned Institutions.

Lauren started personal lending with GE Money in 2011 and made the switch to The Capricornian in December 2014. After starting in our Yeppoon Branch as a Branch Supervisor, Lauren accepted the Branch Manager role at our East Street Branch and now leads the team at our Stockland Branch.

Mark joined The Capricornian team in October 2018. He has lived and worked in Gladstone for 38 years, owning his own business and more recently as part of the management team at Coates Hire. He has a Cert IV in Business Sales and employs an approachable, open door policy. In his spare time Mark enjoys watching and coaching football, playing golf and relaxing while having a fish.
